Every Friday for the month of October, we will be coming together to connect, explore and discover new ways of healing, enriching and expanding our personal well being.
After gathering for a warm drink and some sweet treats, we will explore a new topic each week.
Through explanation, guided meditations, simple exercises and group discussions we will learn new and effective ways of calming our minds, bringing stillness to our bodies, opening our hearts and enlightening our souls.
No experience necessary, just an open heart and a curious mind.
